Indulge your love for Spanish cuisine!
Combine an unforgettable visit to the world famous Boqueria market in Barcelona and cook a traditional four-course menu, guided by an experienced local chef.
In your tour at this historic market, which opened its doors in 1836, you will learn about locally grown products, get to know some of the vendors who have been there for years, and participate in the selection of the freshest ingredients to use in your cooking class. After this visit, you will begin preparing your meal in a state of the art kitchen with magnificent views onto the bustling Ramblas - the perfect setting for your culinary adventure. With a maximum class size of 12, you will be able to get up close and personal with all the elements and processes to prepare your meal.
All classes are taught by professionally trained bilingual Spanish chefs, and are designed for both accomplished and novice cooks. The menu is frequently updated to include local seasonal ingredients and consists of an appetizer, a starter soup, the classic paella and a decadent dessert that you will be able to enjoy with copious amounts of premium Rioja red and Galician white wines.
If you would like to take this class in Spanish, Russian or French, just let us know and we will arrange it for you.
The menu can always be adapted in order to accommodate you if you happen to have any food restrictions, but please advise us beforehand so we plan accordingly.
