This cookery class highlights the very best from Spain’s rich culinary history along with the most popular Catalan dishes. Spain derives its rich gastronomy from the various cultures that have passed through (and stayed in) its territory, from the Romans and Greeks, to the Arabs and Berbers, and of course, let’s not forget the contributions to its kitchen that came from its conquests in the New World.
A starter soup (gazpacho, anyone?), a couple of appetizers, a classic paella and a deliciously decadent dessert are all on the menu, so you'll be split into groups to work on each course simultaneously. With a maximum class size of 12 people, you’ll be able to have a go at all the elements and get personalized attention. Once you have finished cooking, enjoy the feast you just prepared while sipping copious amounts of premium Rioja red and Galician white wines.
All classes are taught by the professionally trained bilingual Spanish chefs and you will be using fresh seasonal ingredients from local markets and farms, to support sustainability and keep our carbon footprint as low as possible. The classes provide a fun, social, hands-on experience for both accomplished and novice cooks, and there are activities in the food preparation process for every skill level.

The menu can always be adapted in order to accommodate you if you happen to have any food restrictions, but please advise us beforehand so we can plan accordingly.
What can I expect?
You'll be in a state of the art cookery school and learn to prepare a traditional Spanish menu that includes a starter soup, appetizers, paella and dessert.
How many people will be in the group?
The maximum class size is 12 people, so you can try your hand at a number of steps involved in making the different courses.
When can I participate?
You can take this class every day of the week except on weekends. Classes start at 6 pm and usually last until 9 pm.
After class you’ll receive an email with the recipes so you can recreate the dishes at home. The class is also available in Spanish, Russian and French upon request.
