Please tell us about yourself. Where does your passion for cuisine come from?

My mother has been passionate about traditional food, modern cuisine and tapas all her life. She has shared with me my grandmother’s recipes and taught me all her secrets of cooking. She is originally from Valencia, so she even taught me how to to make Paella, Valencia’s most famous regional dish.

I believe that enjoying a good meal with friends and family is the best way to spend time. Meet Diego Gil, Ambassador and Lead Guide at Foodie&Tours Cordoba

Please tell us about yourself. Where does your passion for cuisine come from?

My passion for food came to me during my childhood, on vacations spent at my grandmother’s house in the village. It wasn’t until I grew up that I realized that those afternoons in the kitchen helping her make homemade desserts, meat pies and empanadillas were among my happiest. These moments came from me wanting to share time with family and to eat together when these foods were cooked.

Meet Paul Griffon, Ambassador and Lead Guide at Foodie&Tours Provence

Please tell us about yourself.

I grew up between city life in Paris and the countryside of Provence. My grandfather renewed a 500-year-old traditional farm house surrounded by olives trees, just 10 minutes from Lourmarin in Puget-sur-Durance. Here we produce around 400 liters of olive oil each year. The harvest takes place in November during a reunion of family and friends.

Interview with Mireia Pascual, Manager of Foodie&Tours Barcelona Franchise

Please tell us about yourself. Where does your passion for cuisine (and wine) come from?

I did my studies in Tourism and, during the weekends, worked at El Celler de Can Roca (a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Girona). I completed a formal training at the restaurant and stayed there working for almost 5 years. There, I learned a tremendous amount about food, wines and the pairing of the two. It was at that time that I fell in love with this world.
